There’s a poignantly charming animated short film on You Tube that features extinct animals from Yesterday’s Zoo. Apparently it was used as an example of biodiversity loss at the Wildlife Conservation Network’s Wildlife Expo in October 2010, according to Mongabay.com. The short film on Mongabay.com adds some photos of currently endangered animals to the original film.
The film is by an Emmy award-winning team of writers, composers, and animators who want to raise both awareness and money to help save endangered species. It has an excellent voice and is written to sound sort of like Dr. Seuss.
Let’s all work together to keep additional animal species out of Yesterday’s Zoo.
