Since the Supreme Court ruled that the U.S. Navy, in the name of homeland security, is above environmental laws in Dec. of 2009, I have become extremely disheartened. I have been aware of these types of problems since the beaching of the whales in Bahama in 2000. I truly appreciate your efforts to protect defenseless animals againt the U.S. Navy's extreme behavior and denials of responsiblity. Thank you so much for taking up this fight.
